• MASTHEAD: In bold and the black color draws the reader in as it is bold and it's the first thing that you see. The font of the heading is sophisticated so it helps inform the reader of the type of magazine it is. 

• MAIN IMAGE: Reader is immediately drawn to the picture due to its big size. It's a long shot of a model in a red dress posing with confidence and is to emphasize the dress since the masthead covers the models face.

• COVER STORIES: Placed next to the main image to attract the reader since it's the main point of the content page. Each title gives a small summary of the article and has the page number for convenience. The fonts aren't all the same, some italic and some bold for differentiation, the italic which looks classier appeals to female readers more and the choice of phrases like ‘fail-safe’ , ‘why we all love makeup’ are also female targeted

• DATE: is in small font on the right corner but is in red so it's easier to spot 

• COLUMNS: the title of each column is in red not only because it matches the dress but also so it's easier to identify and is divided into categories which is important in content pages
